Spanning 540 m² in São Paulo and overlooking the Ibirapuera Park, the DR Apartment presented the challenge of creating intimacy within a spacious layout. The social areas are designed to host friends and a large family, while the pathways, art galleries, and reading nooks unveil the more private side of the residence. A standout feature is the wine cellar, designed exclusively for the clients, capable of holding a thousand bottles.
