The interior proposal embraces a minimalist aesthetic, characterized by a blend of burnt cement, travertine, freijó wood, and straw details. In the living area, the spiral staircase in concrete serves as the project's striking sculptural element, inspired by a design by the master Paulo Mendes da Rocha.
