Casa Paris

In Neuilly-sur-Seine, on the outskirts of Paris, this 480 m² residence is spread across five levels. The design preserves striking elements of the original architecture, such as the high ceilings, large windows overlooking the treetops, and the sculptural staircase that connects the main floors. The intervention seamlessly integrates spaces and completely renovates the facilities, blending classic French foundations with a curated selection of Brazilian and European design. In the living area, a large white bookshelf showcases the family's books and artworks, while pieces by Jorge Zalszupin, Flavio de Carvalho, Charlotte Perriand, and Martin Eisler create a dialogue among diverse origins. Developed in Brazil and executed remotely, the project embodies the international identity of NJ+.
